Dr. Borgulya Istvánné Dr. Vető Ágnes PhD a Pécsi Tudományegyetem egyetemi magántanára, a vállalati kommunikáció nemzetközi idézettségű kutatója. PhD és CSc fokozatát 1995-ben szerezte, 2002-ben habilitált. Kutatási területe a szakmai kommunikáció, szervezeti kommunikáció, kultúraközi kommunikáció, szervezeti kultúra és értékrend. Rendszeresen oktat külföldi egyetemeken (Hildesheim, Halden, Frankfurt/Oder, ISM Kaunas). Számos hazai és nemzetközi konferencia szervezője. Olyan sokat idézett művek szerzője, mint a Vállalati kultúra (Barakonyi Károly társszerzővel, 2004), Kommunikációmenedzsment a vállalati értékteremtésben (2010), Kulturális távolságok (2014). Dr Ágnes VETŐ BORGULYA PhD is an honorary professor of University of Pécs, an internationally cited researcher in corporate communications. She obtained her PhD and CSc degree in 1995 and habilitated in 2002. Her research interests include professional communication, organizational communication, intercultural communication, organizational culture and values. She is a respected guest lecturer at foreign universities (Hildesheim, Halden, Frankfurt / Oder, ISM Kaunas) and organizer of many national and international conferences. She is the author of such much cited works as Corporate Culture (with co-author Károly Barakonyi, 2004), Communication Management in Corporate Value Creation (2010), Cultural Distances (2014). She is the founding chair of the Communication Management Working Committee of Hungarian Scientific Academy’s Committee of Business Administration Sciences.

Dr. Konczosné Prof. Dr. Szombathelyi Márta a Széchenyi István Egyetem professzora. „A tőketelepítés nyelvi és kulturális infrastruktúrája” című doktori disszertációját 2006-ban védte meg. 2013-ban habilitált gazdálkodás- és szervezéstudományok területén. Egyetemi tanári kinevezését 2018-ban vehette át. Prof Dr Márta KONCZOSNÉ Dr SZOMBATHELYI is a full professor of the Széchenyi István University. Her PhD dissertation – “The linguistic and cultural infrastructure of capital investment in Hungary” ‒ was defended in 2006. She has done her habilitation in 2013 in business and management sciences. In 2018 she was appointed a professor. Her teaching and researching portfolio covers different areas of the communication and management sciences, such as intercultural and international communication, corporate communication, corporate reputation, Public Relations, furthermore gender management, talent management. Her most cited monograph is “Communicating cultures” (2008). She serves the University’s talent management goals as Chair of Scientific Student Association, as chair of Talent Supporting Committee and as chair of the Doctoral Program in Business Administration Sciences within the frame of the Doctoral School of Regional and Business Administration Sciences. She is one of the founding members and since 2019 the chair of the Working Committee on Communication Management of Hungarian Scientific Academy’s Committee of Business Administration Sciences.

Dr. Balogh Gábor PhD habilitált egyetemi docens a Pécsi Tudományegyetem Közgazdaságtudományi Karának (PTE KTK) Vezetés- és Szervezéstudományi Intézetében. Doktori fokozatát 2014-ben szerezte, a Regionális Politika és Gazdaságtan Doktori Iskolában, tehetségmenedzsment témában. 2021-ben habilitált HRM témában. 2016 óta az MTA GTB Kommunikációmenedzsment Munkabizottság tagja, 2019-től titkára. 2020-2025 között a Fiatal Kutatók Akadémiájának tagja, ezt követően alumnusa. Oktatási és kutatási témái: emberi erőforrás menedzsment, tehetségmenedzsment, kommunikációmenedzsment, önismeret- és kompetenciafejlesztés, coaching, mentoring. A PTE KTK Kompetencia és Karrier Központ (KarrierPont) szakmai vezetője, valamint coach, mentor és tréner. 2015-ben szerzett mentor végzettséget a Business Coach Akadémián, majd 2019-ben elvégezte a GROW haladó szintű coach képzését, majd 2021-ben a PTE KTK business coach egyetemi továbbképzését, ezt követően diplomás management tréner is lett 2023-ban. 2021 óta EMCC akkreditált senior coach és mentor. Doktori értekezését 2015-ben Harsányi István-díjjal ismerték el.  2016-ban az emberi erőforrás miniszter “Bonis Bona – A nemzet tehetségeiért” díjjal tüntette ki tehetségfejlesztő kategóriában. 2018-ban Farkas Ferenc Emlékdíjban részesítették. 2019-ben és 2024-ben is az év oktatójának választotta a Janus Pannonius Közgazdasági Szakkollégium. 2020-ban Pro Cura Ingenii-díjjal tüntette ki a PTE.

Dr Gábor BALOGH PhD works as an associate professor at University of Pécs, Faculty of Business and Economics, Department of Leadership and Organizational Sciences. His teaching and research fields: human resource management (HRM), career and talent management, coaching, communication management. He is member of Cranet international network for global HRM survey. Since 2014 he works as a coordinator at Competence and Talent Development Center of the Faculty in charge of student competence survey. He has a mentor certificate from Business Coach Academy and a business and life coach certificate on advanced level from GROW Group. He got PhD degree in 2014 at Doctoral School of Regional Policy and Economics in topic of talent management in higher education and circulation of talents in the world. He has been awarded by Ministry of Human Resources as an Excellent Talent Developer in 2016 and received Harsányi István PhD Award for Innovation in 2015. Ablonczyné Prof. Dr. Mihályka Lívia a Széchenyi István Egyetem egyetemi tanára. Jelenleg a társadalmi kapcsolatokért felelős Elnöki megbizott, az Egyetemi Szenátus tagja, a Regionális- és Gazdaságtudományi  Doktori Iskola törzstagja, az Egyetemi Habilitációs Bizottság tagja. Prof Dr Lívia ABLONCZY-MIHÁLYKA is a full professor at Széchenyi István University, Győr Hungary. At present she is the President’s envoy for external relations, a voting-member in the Academic Senate. She is the core member of the Doctoral School of Regional and Business Administration Sciences and the member of the Habilitation Committee at the university. She is one of the founding members of the Working Committee on Communication Management of Hungarian Scientific Academy’s Committee of Business Administration Sciences. She has been involved in higher education for more than four decades. She is the director of International Relations BA programme. Her activities are characterised by research and lecturing in the fields of intercultural management, cross-cultural communication, communication management, international relations and internationalisation in higher education. She has been teaching abroad (Bratislava, Linz, Genova, Rouen), and she has organised several conferences. Her publications include articles in journals and books, she is the author or co-author of several textbooks. Besides her academic performance and research activities, she has also engaged in voluntary work (Győr First Lions Club, founding member in 1992).

Dr. András István habilitált főiskolai tanár, jelenleg a Dunaújvárosi Egyetem rektora. Felsőoktatási szakmai karrierjét megelőzően szervezetfejlesztési osztályvezetőként, majd személyzeti vezérigazgató-helyettesként dolgozott az üzleti életben. Számottevő tapasztalatot szerzett a teljesítményértékelés, munkakör értékelés és az érdekegyeztetés terén. 1997 óta aktív oktató és kutató. Doktori fokozatát alkalmazott nyelvészetből szerezte (1999), majd habilitációját gazdálkodás- és szervezéstudományok területén védte meg (2015). Kutatási érdeklődése a szervezeti kommunikáció, szervezetfejlesztés, vállalati beágyazódás, a felsőoktatás fejlesztése és a hallgatói sikeresség támogatása köré épül. Több hazai és nemzetközi tudományos szervezet tagja, a Magyar Rektori Konferencia alelnöke, az MRK Gyakorlatorientált Képzések Bizottságának elnöke. A felsőoktatás, a szakképzés és a vállalati szféra kapcsolatának erősítésében aktív szerepet vállal, különös tekintettel az ipari együttműködések és innovációs projektek előmozdítására. Dr István ANDRÁS is a habilitated college professor and the rector of the University of Dunaújváros. Before his academic career, he worked in the corporate sector as Head of Organizational Development and later as Deputy CEO for Human Resources. He has gained considerable experience in performance evaluation and appraisal, as well as industrial relations and reconciliation. He has been an active lecturer and researcher since 1997. He earned his PhD in Applied Linguistics (1999) and later obtained his habilitation in Management and Organizational Sciences (2015). His research interests focus on organizational communication, organizational development, corporate embeddedness, higher education development, and student success strategies. He is a member of several national and international scientific organizations, Vice President of the Hungarian Rectors’ Conference (MRK), and Chairman of the MRK Committee on Practice-Oriented Education. He plays an active role in strengthening the relationship between higher education, vocational education and the corporate sector, with a special emphasis on industrial collaborations and innovation projects. He is a PhD supervisor at multiple doctoral schools and a regular speaker at national and international conferences.

Dr. habil. Balázs László PhD, jelenleg a Dunaújvárosi Egyetem oktatási rektorhelyettese és a Társadalomtudományi Intézet egyetemi docense. 2018–2021 között intézetigazgatói feladatokat látott el a Társadalomtudományi Intézet élén. Emellett 2022 óta a Kommunikációs Nevelésért Egyesület elnöki tisztségét tölti be. Dr. habil. László BALÁZS PhD, currently Vice-Rector for Education at the University of Dunaújváros and Associate Professor at the Institute of Social Sciences. Between 2018 and 2021, he served as Director of the Institute of Social Sciences. In addition, he has been president of the Association for Communication Education since 2022. His research focuses primarily on organizational leadership, organizational culture, emotional intelligence, resilience (resilient organizations), and skill development methodologies. Prof. Dr. Hidasi Judit PhD professzor emerita, a BGE nyelvészet és kommunikáció professzora, japanológus, a távol-keleti tanulmányok és menedzsment kutatója és oktatója. 2001-2006 között a Kanda Idegen Nyelvek Egyetemén, továbbá a Waseda és a Shirayuri egyetemeken oktatott Japánban. Számos könyv, tananyag és tanulmány szerzője magyar és idegen nyelveken az alkalmazott nyelvészet, interkulturális menedzsment és nemzetközi kommunikáció, valamint japanológia témakörében. A Sapientia Erdélyi Magyar Tudományegyetem kolozsvári karának professzor emeritája, számos külhoni egyetem meghívott előadója.

Dr Judit HIDASI, PhD in Applied Linguistics and Habilitation Degree in Intercultural Communication, professor emerita of Budapest Business School (2017) and of Sapientia University in Cluj, Romania (2019). She has been active in intercultural communication education and research for over three decades. She has been lecturing on intercultural business, communication and international relations at universities world over. From 2001 to 2006 she was professor of communications at Kanda University of International Studies and at Waseda University and Shirayuri University (Japan). Her research and teaching expertise has been focussing on issues of intercultural communication and management, on culture and society interface. With a broad publication portfolio she is member of several professional and academic organizations.

Falkné Dr. Bánó Klára PhD Budapesti Gazdasági Egyetem Kommunikáció Tanszékének főiskolai tanára. Dr Klara FALK-BANO PhD is professor at Budapest Business School. She has been teaching and researching in intercultural communication and management for more than twenty-five years. She has many publications, including „Kultúraközi kommunikáció, az interkulturális menedzsment aspektusai; Cultural Aspects of Doing Business in Hungary” (2008, Budapest: Perfekt Kiadó). This book is on the reading list of several courses on intercultural subjects at Hungarian universities. She has taught intercultural management courses as invited guest at a number of foreign universities. She is a member of Hungarian and international professional organisations, e.g. of SIETAR (Society of Intercultural Education, Training and Research) Europa, was on Board of Directors, and acted as Chair of the Membership Committee (2000-2010). She occasionally delivers intercultural trainings for international organisations.

Dr. habil Katalin FEHER PhD is a globally recognized expert in generative AI, AI & society, responsible AI, socio-technical systems, and technology foresight. She brings extensive research, development, and innovation (R&D&I) experience across four continents. Dr. Feher is an Associate Professor at Ludovika University of Public Service, a Horizon Europe NGI and Hungarian Academy of Sciences grantee, and an alumna of the prestigious Fulbright and Bolyai scholarships. She serves as an expert for the United Nations Global Digital Cooperation, the European Innovation Council (EISMEA), and the European Commission’s MSCA program. She is also Co-Chair of the Mediatization Section within the European Communication Research and Education Association (ECREA). Her latest book, Generative AI, Media, and Society, was recently published by Routledge, Taylor & Francis Group.

Prof. Dr. Ágota FÓRIS is a full professor of the Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary (Budapest). She obtained her PhD in 2002 and her habilitation in 2006 from the Doctoral School of Linguistics at the University of Pécs. She was appointed a full professor in 2018. Her research and teaching topics are focused on Hungarian linguistics and applied linguistics (terminology, semantics, translation, LSP lexicography, language planning), professional communication and organizational communication. Her latest monographs are: “Fordítás és terminológia. Elmélet és gyakorlat” (2020), in English language: “Translation and Terminology. Theory and Practice in Hungary” (2022); and the “A terminológiai munka a komplex dokumentációs és fordítási projektfolyamatban” [Terminology work in the complex documentation and translation project process] (with co-author Andrea Faludi, 2023). Head of the Terminology and Communication Research Group (TERMIK) of the Károli Gáspár University, and advisor to the Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation. President of the Council of Hungarian Terminology (MaTT), President of the Working Committee on Applied Linguistics of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and Vice-President of the Hungarian Association of Applied Linguists and Language Teachers. Dr Ákos JARJABKA PhD (05.27.1972, Szeged, Hungary HUN) is an associate professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Pécs (UP FBE) since 2013, he has been the Head of the Institute of Leadership and Organizational Sciences of the UP FBE, since 2022 the leader of the Flow Management Reseach Team. Since 2015 to 2018 he has been the director of the UP 650 Jubilee Project, Since since 2015 to 2023 he has been the Rector’s representative of the UP Diaspora Project Network, since 2023 he has been the chief of the Hungarians of the World office. His publications cover general management, national and organizational culture management, human resource management, project management and the Hungarian diaspora. Dr Csaba KOLLÁR PhD communications engineer, certified communications specialist, head of electronic information security, doctor of economics (PhD), cybernetic, consultant, coach, mediator. His research interests include the social aspects and economic impacts of the digital age, in particular the human dimension of information security, the development of information security awareness, human-robot interaction, smart city, artificial intelligence, social credit system, and domotics. Dr. Kovács Éva PhD, a Pécsi Tudományegyetem Műszaki és Informatikai Karának docense. Végzettségét tekintve televíziós és filmes alkotó, tanár, politológus. 2016-ban a PTE BTK Interdiszciplináris Doktori Iskolában PhD fokozatot szerzett. Habilitációját 2022 márciusában szerezte meg a PTE MIK Breuer Marcell Doktori Iskolában. Nemzetközi és hazai szakmai tapasztalatai jelentősek, a film és média területen szerteágazó hazai és nemzetközi kapcsolatrendszerrel rendelkezik. Publikációs tevékenysége egyebek mellett 26 MTMT-ben rögzített angol és magyar nyelvű tudományos közlemény, 67 alkotás és 1 tankönyv. 2006-ban a Kulturális és Innovációs Kompetencia Központ egyik alapítója, majd 2007-ben az ország egyetlen Kreatív Ipari Klaszterének szervezője és máig tagja. Dr. Éva KOVÁCS PhD, is a habilitated associate professor at the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics, University of Pécs. With a multifaceted professional background, she is recognized as a television and film creator, educator, and political scientist. Dr. Kovács completed her doctoral studies in 2016 at the PTE BTK Interdisciplinary Doctoral School and earned her habilitation in March 2022 from the PTE MIK Breuer Marcell Doctoral School. Dr. Kovács possesses extensive international and domestic professional experience, supported by a robust and diverse network of contacts within the film and media sectors. Her scholarly output is notable, encompassing 26 scientific publications in English and Hungarian indexed in MTMT, 67 professional works, and one textbook. She played a pioneering role as a founding member of the Cultural and Innovation Competence Center in 2006. In 2007, she organized Hungary’s sole Creative Industry Cluster and continues to serve as an active member. In this capacity, Dr. Kovács contributed as an expert to the development of the National Creative Industry Strategy in 2020. At the PTE MIK, she served as a professional mentor during the establishment of the Television and Program Production Department in 2003. Following the department’s re-accreditation in 2012, she assumed the role of lecturer and has served as Department Head since 2018. Dr. Kuráth Gabriella PhD habilitált egyetemi docens a Pécsi Tudományegyetem Közgazdaságtudományi Karán. 1987-ben szerzett okl. közgazda diplomát, 1990-ben pedig Vállalati komplex tervező-elemző szakközgazdaként végzett, 2008-ban PhD fokozatot szerzett, majd 2020-ban habilitált. A diplomaszerzést követően elemző közgazdászként dolgozott, majd 1995-től a pécsi egyetemen dolgozik különböző beosztásokban, először marketing területen, marketingvezetőként, majd ezzel párhuzamosan a Diplomás Pályakövetési Program kutatásvezetőjeként kiépítette és működtette az egyetemi pályakövetési rendszert. 25 éve oktat a felsőoktatásban menedzsment és kommunikáció, marketing területeken magyar és angol nyelven, 2019-től a KTK Vezetés- és Szervezéstudományi Intézetben főállású oktatóként. Dr Gabriella KURÁTH PhD is an associate professor at the Faculty of Business and Economics, of the University of Pécs, graduated in 1987 and after it she got Complex planning economic analyst degree in 1990. She received her PhD degree in 2008 and habilitated in 2020. Since 1995 she has been working at the University of Pécs in various positions, and from 2019 she joined the Department of Leadership and Organizational Sciences as a lecturer. Dr. Rajcsányi-Molnár Mónika PhD a Dunaújvárosi Egyetem intézményfejlesztési és általános rektorhelyettese, valamint a Társadalomtudományi Intézet habilitált főiskolai tanára. Doktori fokozatát 2008-ban szerezte közgazdaságtudományok területén, majd 2016-ban habilitált. Dr Mónika RAJCSÁNYI-MOLNÁR PhD is Vice-Rector for General and Institutional Development Affairs at the University of Dunaújváros and habilitated college professor at the Institute of Social Sciences. She earned her PhD in Economics in 2008 and obtained her habilitation in 2016. Her research and teaching focus on leadership and organizational sciences, education management, and higher education development, with a special emphasis on student success strategies and digital learning innovations. She has played a key role in several institutional strategic projects. She is an active member of several national and international professional organizations (e.g. Hungarian Academy of Sciences’ Committee on Business Administration Sciences – MTA GTB, National Scientific Student Council – OTDT KB, International Society for Third-Sector Research – ISTR). She is a PhD supervisor at three doctoral schools: the Doctoral School of Education at the University of Pécs (OTDI), the Doctoral School of Regional and Business Administration Sciences at Széchenyi István University (RGDI), and the Doctoral School of Education at Eszterházy Károly Catholic University (NDI). Additionally, she serves as an editorial board member for two scientific journals (Civil Szemle and Dunakavics). She is a regular speaker and organizer of numerous scientific conferences. Dr Norbert SIPOS PhD is associate professor at the University of Pécs Faculty of Business and Economics, Department of Leadership and Organizational Sciences. He defended his thesis in 2018, titled ‘Graduate Career Tracking practices in Hungary and abroad – Comparison of the Graduate Career Tracking System and the Administrative Databases Integration’. He habilitated in 2025. Main research interests: Graduate Career Tracking System and Administrative Databases Integration; Labor-market tendencies; SMEs; Entrepreneurship; competitiveness. Since 2009 he has been an active tender, feasibility study, business plan writer and organiser of several national events. From 2009, he was a presidency member of the Alumni of Pécs Graduated Students of Advanced Studies from 2012 to 2019, he was the president. Since 2024, he has been working at the International Centre of the University of Pécs as Deputy Director for European Programmes.

Dr. Szabó-Bálint Brigitta PhD a Pécsi Tudományegyetem Közgazdaságtudományi Karának adjunktusa, a Vezetés- és Szervezéstudományi Intézet munkatársa. Karrierje a pályázati projektmenedzsment területén indult, majd tudományos pályára lépett. PhD-fokozatát a Gazdálkodástani Doktori Iskolában szerezte meg 2021-ben, kutatási témája a 21. századi szervezeti karrierfejlesztés. Oktatási és kutatási területei közé tartozik a humán erőforrás menedzsment, a vezetői kommunikáció, a karrier- és tehetséggondozás, a munkáltatói márkaépítés és a tudásmenedzsment. Az utóbbi években elsősorban a női vezetők karrierútjaira fókuszál. Dr Brigitta SZABÓ-BÁLINT PhD is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Pécs, affiliated with the Institute of Management and Organizational Sciences. Her career began in the field of project management and grant writing, later transitioning into academia. She earned her PhD at the Doctoral School of Business in 2021, focusing on career development in 21st-century organizations. Her teaching and research interests include human resource management, leadership communication, career and talent development, employer branding, and knowledge management. In recent years, her research has primarily focused on the career paths of female leaders. She is dedicated to connecting theory with practice, regularly involving students in research and applied projects. Since 2014, she has been an active mentor at the Career Point of the Faculty, where she provides both individual and group mentoring and leads workshops on career planning and creativity development. In 2021, she earned a business coach qualification from the University of Pécs and has been working actively as an individual career coach ever since. Dr. Szőke Júlia PhD a Széchenyi István Egyetem Nemzetközi Tanulmányok és Kommunikáció Tanszékének egyetemi docense, okleveles közgazdász, nemzetközi kapcsolatok szakértő. A „Kis- és középvállalatok határon átnyúló gazdasági kapcsolatai kulturális aspektusból” című doktori disszertációját 2014-ben védte meg. Dr Júlia SZŐKE PhD is an associate professor at the Department of International Studies and Communication of Széchenyi István University (University of Győr), business and management economist, and international relations expert. Her PhD dissertation – ’Cross-border business relations of small and medium-sized enterprises from cultural aspect’ ‒ was defended in 2014. Her main research areas include communication (intercultural communication, business communication, and business negotiations), cross-cultural relations and intercultural management. She has been teaching in higher education in the fields of communication and international studies in Hungarian, English and Italian since 2008. She is winner of several scholarships for young talents.

Dr. Venczel-Szakó Tímea PhD a Pécsi Tudományegyetem Közgazdaságtudományi Kar Vezetés- és Szervezéstudományi Intézet adjunktusa. Doktori fokozatát 2022-ben szerezte meg. Doktori értekezésének témája az atipikus munkavégzési formák és a munkavállalói elégedettség kapcsolata. Oktatott tárgyai elsősorban a menedzsment témakörébe tartoznak: vezetés és szervezés, üzleti kommunikáció, kultúraközi üzleti kommunikáció, tehetséggondozás, menedzsment és vezetés, érdekegyeztetés, munkaerőpiaci alapismeretek, munkaerő-piaci politikák. Dr Tímea VENCZEL-SZAKÓ, PhD is an assistant professor at the University of Pécs Faculty of Business and Economics, Department of Leadership and Organizational Sciences. She defended her PhD degree in 2022. The topic of her doctoral dissertation is the relationship between atypical working forms and employee satisfaction. She is teaching currently business communication, leadership and organising, management and leadership, intercultural business communication, communication at the workplace, introduction to management, organisational culture, talent management, interest reconciliation, corporate interest reconciliation, basic knowledge of the labour market, labour market policies.  Her main research areas are the atypical work, the relationship between organisational culture and internal organisational communication, the integrative influence of internal organisational communication, labor relations, employer branding, destructive leadership. In 2015, she obtained a mentor qualification from the Business Coach Academy, and since then she has been working as a mentor at the Competence and CareerSpot (UPFBE). Dr Petra JAKAB is an assistant professor of the Széchenyi István University. Her PhD dissertation – The cooperation of a company and the city in their common reputation building – was defended in 2017. Since 2011 she is tourism representative of the Municipality of the city of Győr, working on the marketing and tourism strategy of the city. She has been member of the organizing committee of many famous local sporting and tourism events like the first Hungarian Olympic Event (European Youth Olympic Festival – Győr, 2017). Számos üzleti szaklapnak, többek között a Figyelőnek, az IT Businessnek és a Manager Magazinnak is dolgozott. 2010-ben az “Év információbiztonsági újságírójának”, 2012-ben az “Év informatikai újságírójának” (Kovács Attila-díj) választották. 2014-ben létrehozta saját média brandjét, a PRess Akadémiát, amely keretein belül a szöveg-alapú tartalomgyártás mellett a multimédia-alapú tartalomgyártást is alkalmazza. Továbbá IT biztonság és információvédelmi területen kommunikációs tanácsadóként és szakmai mentorként tevékenykedik (Nemzeti Közszolgálati Egyetem – IT biztonság angyalai szakmai mentor, Hétpecsét Információvédelmi Egyesület – médiapartner). 2019-től bekapcsolódott az Emerald PR ügynökség munkájába, majd 2024-ben létrehozta az ügynökség üzletfejlesztési kommunikációval foglalkozó divízióját, a Deverald Consultingot. Társszerzőként részt vett MTA GTB Kommunikációmenedzsment Munkabizottság által szerkesztett Vállalati Kommunikáció a 21. század elején c. kötett, “Az IT vívmányai a vállalati kommunikációban – Új utakon a céges kommunikáció – Merre tovább alternatív közösségi kommunikáció?” részben.

Viktória SEBŐK is a specialized journalist, IT communications specialist, corporate communicator, professional influencer, business development and inspiration mentor, and computer engineer/security management professional. She has been active in the field of communications and media for more than 15 years. She has worked for numerous business magazines, including Figyelő, IT Business, and Manager Magazin. In 2010, she was chosen as the “Information Security Journalist of the Year,” and in 2012 as the “IT Journalist of the Year” (Kovács Attila Award). In 2014, she founded her own media brand, PRess Akadémia, which, in addition to text-based content production, also applies multimedia-based content production. Furthermore, she works as a communications consultant and professional mentor in the fields of IT security and information protection (for example, National University of Public Service – professional mentor of the “IT Security Angels” program, and media partner of the Hétpecsét Information Security Association). Since 2019, she has been involved with the work of Emerald PR agency, and in 2024, she established the agency’s division focusing on business development communication, called Deverald Consulting. As a co-author, she contributed to the volume Corporate Communication at the Beginning of the 21st Century, edited by the Communication Management Working Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences GTB, specifically to the chapter “The Achievements of IT in Corporate Communication – New Paths in Corporate Communication – Where Next for Alternative Community Communication?”.

Dr. Sós Péter János címzetes egyetemi tanár, a Magyar PR Szövetség tiszteletbeli Örökös Tagja. Közgazdásznak tanult, de a magyar emigráció történetéből diplomázott és doktorált. 22 éven át újságíró volt, többek között egyik alapító szerkesztője volt a Képes7-nek és a Danubius Rádiónak. Ezután az Akadémiai Kiadó elnök-vezérigazgatója volt, ő adta ki a Klasszikus Nagyszótárak sorozatot. A #mindennapipr – Gyakorlati Public Relations a webkorszakban című könyve több egyetemen kötelező tananyag. Ő a Magyar PR Szövetség online PR szótárának alapító főszerkesztője. Magyarországon kívül számos külföldi egyetemen is megfordult, mint vendégelőadó, például négy éven át adott elő Csíkszeredában a Sapientia PR Nyári Egyetemen. Ezen kívül kurzusokat tartott Grúziában, Kazahsztánban, Portugáliában, Oroszországban, Romániában. Ő volt a magyarországi PR Akadémia sorozat fő szervezője. Több könyve is megjelent: „Nagymamától szeretettel – Egy egészen másféle szakácskönyv”; „Magyar exodus” (az 1956-os forradalom magyar menekültjeinek táboréletéről) – 2 kiadásban; #megértjükegymást – Beszélgetések a PR aktualitásairól. Szakmai lektora volt Mónus Ágnes: „Public Relations – A bizalomépítés művészete” és Sas István: „Reklám és pszichológia a webkorszakban” c. könyvének. Társszerkesztője és egyik tanulmányírója volt „A Public Relations elmélete és gyakorlata” c. tanulmánykötet-sorozatnak. 1997 óta oktat különböző főiskolákon, 2004 óta oktat a Kodolányi János Egyetemen. 2002 óta a B. SWAN Partners marketingkommunikációs ügynökség tulajdonos-ügyvezetője.

Dr. Péter János SÓS, Honorary Professor, Honorary Lifetime Member of the Hungarian PR Association. He studied economics but graduated and obtained his doctorate in the history of Hungarian emigration. He was a journalist for 22 years, including being one of the founding editors of Képes7 and Danubius Radio. He was then President and CEO of Akadémiai Publishers, where he published the Classic Dictionaries series. His book #mindennapipr – Practical Public Relations in the Web Era is a required textbook at several universities. He is the founding Editor-in-Chief of the online PR dictionary of the Hungarian PR Association. Outside Hungary, he has also been a guest lecturer at several universities abroad, for example, he gave a lecture at the Sapientia PR Summer University in Csikszereda for four years. He has also held courses in Georgia, Kazakhstan, Portugal, Russia and Romania. He was the main organizer of the PR Academy series in Hungary. He has published several books. He was a professional lector for the books “Public Relations – The Art of Building Trust” by Ágnes Mónus and “Advertising and Psychology in the Web Age” by István Sas. He was co-editor and one of the authors of a series of studies entitled “The Theory and Practice of Public Relations”. He has been teaching at various colleges since 1997 and at the Kodolányi János University since 2004. Since 2002, Dr. Sos has been Partner and Managing Director of B. SWAN Partners marketing communications agency.

Zalay Buda a régió egyik legnagyobb munkáltaltójának, a Körber Hungária Gépgyártó Kft.-nek az ügyvezetője, a Pécs-Baranyai Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara alelnöke, illetve a Pécsi Tudományegyetemet működtető Universitas Quinqueecclesiensis Alapítvány felügyelő bizottságának tagja. Az elmúlt 25 évben több multinacionális cégnél volt vezető szerepben az informatika, a HR és általános menedzsment területeken. Nevéhez kötődik a Deutsche Telekom IT szolgáltató leányvállalatának (korábban ITSH, ma DT-ITS) pécsi beindítása, amiért 2017-ben Pécs Megyei Jogú Városának közgyűlése kitüntetésben részesítette. 2018 óta dolgozik a Körber Hungáriánál, 2024 óta ügyvezetőként.

Buda ZALAY is the Managing Director of Körber Hungária Gépgyártó Kft., one of the largest employers in the region, the vice president of the Pécs-Baranya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and a member of the supervisory board of the Universitas Quinqueecclesiensis Foundation, which operates the University of Pécs. Over the past 25 years, he has held leading roles in IT, HR and general management at several multinational companies. He is credited with launching the Deutsche Telekom IT service provider subsidiary (formerly ITSH, now DT-ITS) in Pécs, for which he was awarded an award by the general assembly of the City of Pécs in 2017. He has been working at Körber Hungária since 2018, and as MD since 2024.
